Shipping and Delivery


Once you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email with the details of your purchase and a unique order number. We will aim to ship your order as soon as it is ready. See more information about our shipping and delivery process below.

95% of orders are delivered the next working day, with most orders placed on weekdays before 12pm being dispatched the same day on an express next-day delivery service. Unless we explicitly tell you otherwise, you can expect a speedy delivery of your order.

We use a next-day delivery service in most instances. However, delivery times are approximate and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather, carrier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Our delivery partners are DHL, DPD and Palletways. Our service providers offer tracking and ETA's via email and text. A tracking number will be provided for each order when it is shipped. You can use this number to track your package's status online.

We share your contact details with our delivery partners so they can provide you with delivery updates once your order is dispatched.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the order weight, size & destination. You can view the shipping cost during the checkout process.
Don't forget we offer free shipping on all orders within mainland UK from £499 net.

Free shipping is available on all orders over £499 net (excluding VAT) to any UK mainland address. Unfortunately, this offer excludes Scotland due to limitations with Shopify settings on this site.

In addition to delivering UK-wide, including Northern Ireland, the Scottish Islands and Highlands, the Channel Islands, and the Isle of Man, we also deliver internationally. Delivery is available to Belgium, France, Germany, Ireland, Luxembourg and the Netherlands. For other locations, get in touch with our sales team at sales@storageboxshop.co.uk. Please provide the delivery address, product SKU codes, and quantities. They will be in touch as soon as possible to confirm if delivery to that destination is possible.
Please be aware that orders with international shipping may incur additional customs and import duties and could experience customs delays.

If your order is lost or damaged during transit, contact our support team at support@storageboxshop to start a lost or damaged claim. This must be done within 3 working days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and provide you with a replacement or a refund.

Should you wish to cancel your order, please endeavour to do so before it dispatches. Regrettably, any cancellations requested after the order has left our warehouse will be processed as a return. Further information about this can be found in our returns and exchanges policy.
